Awesome burgers. To go counter could be a little more attentive, not all but a few see you but don't see you. Other than that awesome place!!

Delicious food, inexpensive price, informal setting. Usually, I get either a hamburger streak platter or a salmon platter. The salmon platter comes with rice (Pilaf, I think) and cooked vegetables, a nice alternative to the fries that is one of the accompaniments to the other platters. When I don’t get platter, it is almost always a Reuben sandwich

Love everything here! Over the years I think I have tried everything on the menu and I have never been disappointed.

Slow service. I waited over 20 minutes for a sandwich. Mediocre food. The sandwich was dry. Overpriced. Said sandwich cost $11.

This is not one of my favorite places to eat. It was fairly clean. The food was not bad but I would not say it was "good". A bit overpriced for what you get, I think. Totally self service from placing your order at the counter, to picking up your own food, getting your own drinks, napkins, silverware, condiments. I would have been just as happy eating at McDonald's for less money.

I just left the establishment. Wasn’t busy at all. They had a young lady at the bar. Didn’t acknowledge me at all. Then a guy came from back barely spoke I asked for a menu he gave it to me. And never came back to ask for my order. And I’m a first time visitor. Never again! Customer service is everything , it’s what makes ur business. And for a first experience it was terrible

Great food, cold beer, and nice people.

Time to get food was too long, then the girl didn't put one of the meals on our ticket but somehow we definitely paid for it. The one in Gonzales is much better. Won't be back to this location.

The people were friendly and courteous

Had a California club, lettuce was old & sandwich did not have any flavor.Not worth the price!

BEWARE! Went there last Saturday (11/10) for lunch, wife order the french dip. Shortly after she was feeling sick and later that night she was projectile vomiting, which lasted for about 36 hours. After siting down in the booth we noticed how dirty the windows and walls were, but we were told by the locals it's a good place to eat. Looking at the Health District's prior inspection reports this restaurant has had an ongoing issue with cleanliness and food protection. I'll be reporting this issue to the health district. A company that puts profits over public safety/

Food was tasty, portions were pretty big. It was very quiet and there were only like 3 customers other than myself but it seemed as if we didn't exist. The food speaked for itself tho bc i really enjoyed my burger and fries

Good food but very busy so it took about 20 minutes to get my order. I went around 4pm on a Saturday.

Great service, friendly staff and the food is good as always. First time I went was in 2001 and still I enjoy. Thanks Brew-Bacher's for being consistent.

On a family road trip, had to stop for food. This place is amazing, the service is great and the prices are really good with how much food you actually get with it. If you’re ever in the area you have to try this place. I hope I’ll pass through again cause this place was great.

I love Brew-Bacher's. My husband and I split the hamburger and some sweet potato fries. It's delicious.

Food was good. We ask for items not to be included on our burgers and of course everything was on it so that was a disappointment

I tried the Abbeville, La location today. My co-workers have enjoyed it in the past and today the restaurant was giving 15% revenue to St Jude, so I figured I'd try it. I'm trying to watch my diet, so I ordered the Classic chicken salad. It was NOT enjoyable. Mostly lettuce (not the best parts) minimal other toppings, and the chicken had NO taste. I was very disappointed. I expected a much more flavorful salad from a place like this. Plus, it a $10 salad! Maybe the sandwiches and burgers are better, but I'm skeptical now.

Great food and atmosphere.

Twice I have been to this location. Both times have been frustrating experiences. I wanted to give it another shot after my first visit. I can only speak for the experience at the bar area. Both visits included being one of two people seated at the bar. Both times took 10+ minutes to see an employee, which ended up being the general theme of my time there. I will not be back as a bar patron. Don't offer a bar option if you are not going to dedicate an employee to the area. Food was mediocre.

Wow! The cowboy burger was off the chain today. It was SOOOOOOOO Tasty! The onion rings were great too. Always a great place to eat.

Arrived at 8:50 PM only to be told that the kitchen closes at 9pm.. but is closed now. I reminded waitress/cashier/bartender that it wasnt 9 yet at which time she looked at her co worker and said "I dont know what's wrong with her (referring to me), the kitchen is closed"...rude! I am, well, WAS now, a regular neighborhood customer. It doesnt cost anything to be courteous.

Excellent food at reasonable prices the atmosphere is relaxed you place the order at a counter and sit down and they either call you and you pick your food up they have great cocktails

Nice place to pick up a quick meal. Good selection of poboys, sandwiches and burgers.Parking is not bad and easy access from the street.Service was friendly and the food was tasty

Had to wait longer than usual. Muff was tasty but made me ill so that was evidence that good not kept at proper temp. Will stick to hamburger next time.

This was a restaurant but in the last 2 months our order was lost until we went up to the counter where no one wants to help you. We had to help find our order and no apologies. when we got it the burger was cold, the chicken was rubbery in the salad, the chicken on my sandwich was supposed to be grilled not fried. Dont think we will try eating here anymore.

Went on 9/6 Saturday night. This was my family's 1st visit. It was pretty busy. We were going to the Main Event next door for my little girl so, we decided to eat here 1st. We were greeted & seated. Nice atmosphere , clean, cozy. The food we had was pretty good &, came out in a timely manner. My Baked Potato came with no butter, chives or, bacon when, I asked for a fully loaded one during my ordering. I had to wait until my waitress came back. That took a while. I just didn't care for the waitress much. She didn't come to check on us often to take away plates or ask if we needed drink refills. We only had one drink the whole time which, agitated me. Other than that, it was pleasant. Decent prices. I give this Restaurant 3 ☆'s for the food, atmosphere &, price. There're just too many excellent Restaurants around that stay busy, where I will Not be forgotten. I won't be returning to this establishment.

Great food, quick service and fair prices.

Usually I'm very pleased with service and food here. But today I had menu substitution and couldn't believe the additional cost vs another similar menu item. I paid the cost but still couldn't grasp the huge difference in cost!I spoke with the manager and she said she will address with the owner but I'm sure if no one else has complained about the difference it will be over looked. So just pay attention to additional cost for substituting items.

It was a busy night. The food was served quickly hot and delicious..

Not the same price as the menu on Google. 15 bucks for a burnt hamburger with old Tomatoes and wilted Lettuce and cold frozen fries. Not worth it. Gave 2 stars only because fast service. I guess when your selling fast-food at restaurant prices that's what you get.

It took 25 minutes to get 2 burgers and some fries when we were the only customers there. While we waited we had to listen to a playlist created by the devil himself (think- I'm too sexy, and the macarena). We arrived an hour and a half before closing, but the employees were already breaking down and the place reeked of bleach so badly, when we finally did get our incorrect order, we took it to go. The worst fast food burger place would have been a better, faster meal served by friendlier people.

The food was really good The place was cleanThe only thing i didn't care for was as you come in you have to go order your food. Had a nice dining area but no waitress service. Then when you pay they ask for a gratitu . For what you going pickup your own food. They asking for a tip just to take your order. If you have to pick up your own food and clean up your table what do they deserve a tip for

Brew Bacher's is a great restaurant. I have been here many a time, and have loved every occasion. I have seen multiple local orginizations which choose to meet here annually, and this signifies only good things.

Food and service was superb.
